Returns Policy

Please inspect your purchase upon receipt. Is it correct? Yay! Is it damaged or defective? Uh oh. If so, call us!

We accept returns up to 30 days after purchase/receipt of product. We will gladly replace any defective or damaged item at no additional cost to you. Simply contact us via e-mail or phone and we will send a replacement product and shipping label for return of the defective item as soon as possible.

For all other returns, please contact us before sending us the item(s). We are happy to provide a full refund of the purchase price of items returned unused, complete with all accompanying packaging, warranty cards, and accessories. For these returns you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

 

We will replace damaged ink, refills, or paper products; however these items are not eligible for return.

 

We do reserve the right to refuse refunds on any item which has been used improperly, damaged by the user (not the shipper), or abused in any way. If you receive something, take it out of the box, and something doesn't seem quite right about it, do not go searching online forums for advice (it is usually bad and just creates bigger problems). CALL US instead! We will be more than happy to help diagnose the issue, answer your questions, and ship out a replacement product immediately if we cannot address your concerns adequately over the phone.
