We stock one of the largest selections of fine writing instruments in the country, and are the midwest's premiere seller of fine writing instruments, plus leather goods, and gifts. We are located in the heart of downtown Cincinnati, on the 2nd floor of the historic Carew Tower.

Why 411pens? Well, 411 is the telephone number people used to call for information. Our knowledge of all things pen related is what has kept people coming to us since 1993. Our customers frequently call or come in to check with us before they follow the advice of some self-described pen experts online. We don't claim to know everything, but we've seen a LOT of bad advice online and we want to do what we can to help you have the best experience possible.

We sell over 3 dozen lines of fine pens including Aurora, Cross, Diplomat, Faber-Castell, Kaweco, Lamy, Montegrappa, Pineider, Pelikan, Pilot/Namiki, S.T.Dupont, Sailor, Sheaffer, Wahl-Eversharp, and Yard-o-Led.
