In 1925 Officine Meccaniche Armando Simoni (OMAS) was created. In 2016 OMAS went into bankruptcy and the assets were purchased, including a multi-year supply of their famous celluloids.

The metamorphosis has started with the introduction of the Armando Simoni Club rand of fountain pens.
