Several layers of lacquer give the filigree rollerball an incomparable optical depth for a pure color experience. The body of the rollerball is made of brass, the lacquer layers are additionally polished after each layer. The cap is either made of sterling silver or made of brass and rose gold plated. Caps are finished in eiter a smooth or finely etched guilloche pinstripe. The cap is then polished elaborately. The fittings of the rollerball are coated with high quality platinum / rose gold.
